SUBMISSIONS

Double-blind submission instruction [only for manuscript which will be reviewed, not for final manuscript]:

• All the Review manuscripts should follow the Double-blind submission. They must comply with the following guidelines:

           – Names, affiliations and IEEE grades (e.g., Senior Member IEEE, Fellow IEEE) need to be removed from the manuscript. The writing Author 1, Author 2, etc. needs to be used. The same applies to the affiliations of the authors in the footnote.
           – References to funding and acknowledgements need to be removed.

Paper Acceptance Criteria:

• • A paper should hold three majority acceptance without any strong reject for being accepted.

  • A strong reject with proper justification will lead to rejection of the paper.

  • An acceptable AI score on Turnitin is typically below 20%. Scores from 1% to 19% may include false positives. (http://www.ieee-ras.org/publications/guidelines-for-generative-ai-usage)
